Latest update
A big update for your listings.
Mockups, listing images and publishing now take fewer steps.
- Make mockups in every colour of a product in one go.
- Give ferza an image and new designs and mockups follow it. Attach one and say “make one like this”, or point to a design you made earlier.
- You can give ferza up to 5 images at once.
- Designs you sell as downloads now get listing images made for you.
- Publishing asks fewer questions and remembers where your listing goes.
- Plus a round of fixes.
Listing images for your design downloads.
Sell a design as a download and ferza makes the listing images for you.
- You get three images: a cover, one on a device and one with the details.
- The images use crops of your design, so your full file is not shown as a photo.
- Selling a pack? The images are cut from different files and say how many are included.
- There is no extra step. ferza makes them when it creates the listing.
Publishing takes fewer steps.
ferza asks where your listing goes and how to start in one panel.
- Pick where the listing goes and how to start, whether that is a design, mockups or creating the listing directly.
- ferza remembers where the listing goes for the rest of the chat.
- Questions ferza asked stay in the chat. Open the Asked line to see each question and your answer.
Smaller fixes and polish.
A round of fixes across chat, Etsy and your plan page.
- Large images, like print-size designs, now work in chat. Your original stays full size for mockups and listings.
- Pasting text into the message box no longer brings colours or grey bars with it.
- Image requests for a portrait post, like an Instagram feed post, no longer fail.
- ferza checks Etsy titles and tags before saving, and names any tag that is too long.
- When Etsy is busy, ferza tries again on its own before asking you to retry.
- Your plan page marks Current plan on the billing period you subscribed to.
- The message box now sits clear of the window edge, and of the home indicator on iPhone.
Bring your team into a Space.
Invite people by email to work in a Space with you.
- Open your Space panel, go to People, and send an invite.
- See who has joined, and remove someone whenever you need to.
Your plan and credits at a glance.
Billing and usage now live on one clear page.
- See your monthly, referral and top-up credits in the order ferza spends them.
- The Usage tab lists your chats, and any row opens that chat.
Switch Spaces in one tap.
Your Spaces now live in one switcher in the sidebar.
- Open it to jump to any Space, change its settings or start a new one.
- On your phone, Connectors, Skills and Artifacts are now icons on your account row.
Chats keep working while you are away.
Start a task, switch chats, and your answer is waiting when you come back.
- Leave a chat and ferza keeps working on it, with nothing lost.
- The sidebar shows which chats are working and which have a new reply.
- Reload the page or open the chat on another device and it picks up where it left off.
More power for your biggest jobs.

An easier start on your phone.

Your tools and skills, together.

- Find your connectors alongside the rest of your business context in the Space panel.
- Turn skills on or off for each Space. ferza follows those choices when it works.
